GENERAL⯁ I reserve the right to decline any commission orders If I'm not comfortable.⯁ I may decline an order if the project and/or character are something I cannot deliver well. (Read F.A.Q.)⯁ I strongly do not accept commissions with hardcore R-18 content and offensive themes. NSFW is alright.⯁ You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission.⯁ The commissioned piece may NOT be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed or reproduced.⯁ Commercial rates: 2x price for regular advertising/monetized platforms. 3x price if the artwork will be printed on merchandise.⯁ The client may NOT make any profit off of the piece, which includes but is not limited to digital prints, physical items, etc for themselves.

Please inform me if you want to separate the character from the background, and let me know what it's for (e.g. music video art, stream assets, etc.).⯁ You should provide me with:

(I will charge more for Deadline commissions that are very limited to time)⯁ All orders are finished typically within 2-6 weeks.⯁ Please be patience and do not rush me. you can ask me for wips anytime or check the progress in my Waitlist
PAYMENTS⯁ I Only accept PayPal⯁ Planned Payments are available only for Verfied Clients⯁ The commission will only be official and started after the upfront payment has been made After the first sketch is approved.⯁ As the artist, I reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time for any reason.⯁ Partial refunds will be considered if you haven't received any WIPs or the commission has been started and it's at it early stage, and you are allowed to keep the progress files sent.⯁ If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over a week, we will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.⯁ Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.
REQUEST AND REVISIONS⯁ Changing references is allowed if I haven't started on your commission.⯁ I will provide screenshots of WIPs throughout the process. You are limited to 3 edit sessions during sketching stage, and 3 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, etc.).⯁ No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.
FINAL RULES⯁ I am not liable for any false information given to.⯁ If I find that my terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future.⯁ Current and potential clients may enquire for services, but not harass for commission slots and additional work beyond what was agreed upon.⯁ 6 Slots are available every 2 months, all slots will be refreshed at that time, don't forget to claim your spot!⯁ By availing my services you, as the client, have read and agreed to all the conditions stated on my Terms of Service.
